Cultural Ecology & Development Photography

This site is primarily devoted to portraits of development and cultural ecology by photographers who have worked or are working as professionals (e.g., as environmentalists, anthropologists, ecologists, or sociologists) in applied fields of international development. Its mission is to make more widely available photographs pertaining in a broad way to 'visual anthropology'. While this is the primary purpose of the site, photographs may also be found here that fit into the broader category of 'travel photography'.
